A History of Innovation
Shandong SABSV Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. was established in May 2004. It was restructured from the former Jinan Second Automobile Modification Plant and is affiliated to Jigang Group Co., Ltd. It is a professional company specializing in the production of special vehicles such as dump trucks, fire trucks, concrete mixer trucks, mobile command centers and refrigerated trucks. It has the qualification to produce fire trucks and has a history of more than 30 years of special vehicle production.
The company has a special automobile R&D center with two rooms, 82 engineering and technical personnel, 15 senior engineers, 27 engineers, 8 external team experts, and 2 cooperative colleges. The product development insists on the scientific research path of independent development and close integration with military and local scientific research institutes (schools), and is always at the forefront of technological development. New products are simulated and analyzed and finite element calculated to improve the design success rate and shorten the development cycle. The production of the large panel of the square cabin adopts high-temperature (120 degrees) hot pressing bonding forming technology and high-strength modified epoxy resin glue, so that the large panel of the square cabin completely eliminates fatal defects such as secondary foaming, cavitation, delamination, and cracking, and adapts to the requirements of high and low temperature environments. The large panel is bonded with high-strength glue, with high strength, light weight, and good overall sealing. The outer surface of the square cabin adopts a special treatment process, which is smooth and flat, and is the first in China in terms of surface treatment.
The company has independently or jointly developed dozens of shelter products, most of which have been put into mass production, including engineering equipment maintenance vehicles, engineering equipment disassembly and assembly vehicles, engineering equipment pontoon bridge vehicle repair vehicles, plateau military air source vehicles, construction support vehicles, new camouflage survey and inspection vehicles, mobile field command post fortifications, new engineering emergency rescue box sets, etc. There are also products for various military services and civilian special vehicles such as field multi-purpose cranes, warehouse receiving and dispatching vehicles, water source engineering vehicles, mobile power supply vehicles, inspection and testing shelters, command shelters, cable retracting and releasing vehicles, foam fire trucks, airport fire heavy water tankers, mobile biological laboratories, medical ambulances, physical examination vehicles, containers and pallets, airport field engineering vehicles, etc.

Our Factory
We have built two complete military large-plate shelter production lines, a fire truck hydraulic laboratory, and a plastic spraying production line.
